We are a care agency specializing in complex care but cover a wide variety of care packages from basic domestic to complex care. we are based in the Pendle area of Lancashire and cover the North West of Lancashire.

We have a full back up staff which ensure the smooth running of the Care Package. Our career’s all have heir necessary qualifications in the care and are all Police checked with a DBS. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure we keep our excellent standards at the highest level.

We conduct an assessment in the home with the client and their family if they wish, to ensure out staff cover all aspects of the clients care. We will contact the fire brigade if necessary to ensure there are smoke detectors and heat detectors placed in the correct positions in the home to gain maximum coverage of these devices. These assessments are very discreet and out staff value our clients dignity.

We also provide under ‘Icare Companion Services’, companions for our service users which cover sitting in with the client, taking the client shopping or taking our clients on away days and short breaks. This will eventually expand to accompanied holidays. Companions can read a book or take the dog for a walk, or help our clients plan anything from holidays to going a family.

‘Icare Administration Services’ provide any kind of administration duties required from our clients. We can instruct our clients in the basics of using a computer for letter writing, sending and opening E-mails, sending photo’s over the net and keeping in touch with family that are not local. This will reduce the anxiety of feeling isolated and can get immediate communication with others. Bills can be scanned and saved on the computer and reminders set up on a n electronic Calendar so that the client does not miss and important event i.e. Doctor’s appointment or to go out for lunch.

First and foremost it’s our service users that come first in everything we do from vetting the staff to monthly visits to our service users to obtain feedback from them to make sure everything is running smoothly and if there are any problems our service users have are dealt with instantly.
